Our large state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located just west of Chicago produces some of the finest quality non-woven sorbents available anywhere. We now have four production lines here in Chicago, each producing products at very competitive prices. At ESP we can now manufacture, in addition to meltblown sorbents, ColdForm™ sorbents and two types of industrial rugs – needle punch and rag rugs.
High-quality products are easy for us to manufacture because we have the most modern production lines in the business. Not only can we achieve lofts that are beyond belief, our fabric contains very high surface areas that maximize absorbency. Product weights and loft are all designed to maximize value and minimize waste.
